Lucia Sorbera is a historian who specialises in Egyptian contemporary history and Middle East Studies at the University of Sydney. With Paola Caridi, she curates the program Arab Souls, a focus on Arab literature and cultures at the Torino Book Fair.
Andrea Teti is senior lecturer in International Relations at the University of Aberdeen.
Gennaro Gervasio currently teaches History and Politics of the Middle East and North Africa at Roma Tre University in Italy. A graduate of the University of Naples L’Orientale, he has previously taught at Macquarie Università in Australia and at the British University in Egypt.
Enrico De Angelis has a PhD in Media Studies, with a focus on Egypt and Syria. He is a co-founder of the media platform Syria Untold and a researcher at Media Analysis Free Press unlimited. Before moving to Berlin, where he currently lives, he was based in Cairo, where he was a postdoctoral fellow at CEDEJ.
